- Insurance: Original artworks are insured for their full value during transit.
- Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
3. Returns & Refunds
- Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
- Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Privacy & Data
- Usage: Your personal data (name, address, email, phone number) is used only for shipping and order communication.
- Security: We never sell your info or use it for unsolicited marketing.
5. Intellectual Property
- All artworks and designs are the property of the artist.
